Helsinki part 2

It's pretty unbelievable to come back to Helsinki after a year of absence to sell out Tavastia. Helsinki and Suomi in general is just simply top notch in every aspect!

The show got crazy, and at one time the sound engineer had to flee from the mixing table and jump up on a shelf. The crowd almost crushed the sequrity barrier where Erik (our soundguy was operating from). The sequrity crew told us that they need to look over the whole venue as they've never vitnessed such a pressure way back in the hall. They clearly underestimated THE FIST!

Sadly we had to say goodbye to the supreeme opening act ABDUKTIO. We wanted them to follow us further on this tour, but unfortunately they could'nt. Great guys, great band. Make sure to look them up.

Tonite there is probably room for an afterparty as we have two days off. Helsinki by night is nothing you want to miss. Tomorrow we hit road again for Stockholm Sweden. The Finnish part of this tour (also the biggest part) has been so fun, so it is with great sadness we leave.

T.A.M.P.E.R.E

Another SOLD OUT show, this time in TAMPERE and what a blast!! We are finally getting into the right tourmode and it feels just fantastic!

The venue (KLUBI) had a real nice stage. Looked almost like a halft moon stretched real wide. The new songs have found their solid way into the playlist and the crowd seem to enjoy them aswell. Fantastic atmosphere, fantastic audiance, fanstastic sauna after the gig, fantastic food and remarkably nice people working at the venue.
Kiitos paljon!!

Tomorrow we have a chance to ease up at the hotel. Late checkout incoming, possibly another sauna-session. Then we might be prepared to take on HELSINKI.

Straight outta Turku..

Second day on tour, our necks felt the pain from yesterdays show. A bit bruised up, a couple of open wounds. The typical things you have to go through when you've been "off-tour" for a while and you start out with no holding back. When we finally hit stage we felt nothing of that. The sold out KLUBI and its crowd was amazing and Alle and Marco mixed languages between Swedish, Finnish and English with a pretty random result. The songs needed no translation though. Even our new songs worked out pretty well, but we wonder if Dino was chewing on some "Ranskalaiset" at some places.

Turku you are the shit and we really appreciate all for coming out there making the whole show to what it was. Thank you once again and hope to se you this summer!

Premier show in Jyväskylä

The response from the crowd in Jyväskylä was amazing! First show on a tour is always a bit shaky, adding three new songs to the playlist demanded some rehearsal the night before take off. That was rehearsal nr. 5 during the last 4 years. Should have needed more time in the studio before trying theese songs live. Got an extra training session at soundcheck. But got to the show very late due to bad weather, resulting in the whole show getting delayed a bit.

Still very nice to be back in SUOMI! Nice indeed!

Killing it Tour 2008

Tomorrow morning we head off to start the "Killing it" Tour.

Will be a blast for sure, 10days of sick mayhem on stage.
